    Hello.
Tomorrow I will send the Netiaspot router back to Netia after the end of the contract. What do I need to pack apart from Router, power supply, CD ??? There were some more cables, but after so many months I don't know which ones they are and is it required to return the mains cables or only the device with a power supply?

I forgot about the filter. But I am interested if someone has already returned this device to Netia and are the cables important or is it enough: a router, power supply, filter and CD ???

I have an SMS from Netia in which it clearly says that the DEVICE should be returned within 14 days. Nothing to write about accessories. I sent the Router, Power Adapter, CD and Manuals.
It is strange that after 2 years and having several different routers, I look for used cables and filters worth a few zlotys, which I have several and I do not even know which one is from Netia.

marcin6660, "device" in this case means the entire assembly.

    Best regards,
    Netia

You can choose not to return the CD, because it is not included in the set. See also the list quoted above. At least I didn't get such a CD in the set. Maybe they were attached before. Greetings.

Do you need to attach any special information on who is returning the device? Maybe they will find it themselves after the serial number? Anyone have any experience in this matter?

Returns the signer of the contract. The device has a serial number, MAC address, (Setup) PIN, individual NETIASPOT-xxxxxx network name and a WPA key for the Wi-Fi network.
A quote from the regulations to the contract regarding the device:
"In the event of termination of the contract by the Subscriber or the Operator, the Subscriber is obliged to return the device with all delivered elements in a non-deteriorated condition, except for wear resulting from proper use, to the following address: Netia SA - Magazyn Centralny arvato Polska Kopytów 44D building 4; 05 --870 Błonie near Warsaw, within 14 working days from the date of termination of the Agreement. If I borrow PLN 100 from you, you will be interested in what banknotes will I give you back? or will I give back?

After that, you write that if it's worth a few zlotys, it will not matter if you give the company your own ... because for you it's a few zlotys in a company with a million customers, let's say every 50th will do that, there are already hundreds of thousands ...

Gentlemen, there is nothing to do with a problem ...
We sign the contract by agreeing to the attached terms and conditions. In the contract, the operator indicated what to return, how and where. It also set an amount to be paid in the event of destruction or damage to the equipment due to the user's fault. So what is this discussion about? For example, TPSA left the Neostrady modem from the previous contract for me, and installed DSL instead (after changing the contract to DSL with fixed IP). After switching to Netia, I had to return the DSL modem to Orange (in the meantime, TPSA turned orange :) . I gave away the modem and power supply. The cables and filters were of no interest to the technician receiving the equipment. As you can see from the contract, Netia is more greedy for trinkets added to the device and there is no help for it. Well, except for not signing the contract ... best regards

I will say this. I sent back NetiaSpot with a power supply and nothing more in May and silence (I have confirmation of sending the package and on the net from the post that it was received in Netia). So I guess they skipped these cables because they would probably ask for it and it's been almost 3 months already ??? My finances are fine on my account (Netia Online).

You do not have anything on your head, only the Netia Spot router that you have been pulling it from May? oO
