Green Cell is a tragedy. Even the new one did not reach the declared power. And from the outset, capacity only decreased. After a year, it keeps for 10 minutes. The only plus is that he still holds "something" and that's it.

    Sir,

We are very sorry for this situation. Perhaps there was something wrong with the battery that the Lord received from the beginning, and its present condition is the result. This is at least indicated by the symptoms you describe. After one year, the battery capacity should be at least 80% of its original value. Unfortunately, you did not provide any data that would allow to determine what time it should correspond to (computer model, model and battery capacity). Although, of course, this time should by no means be 10 minutes.

We offer 12 months of warranty for Green Cell batteries (for a large part of the original laptop batteries currently sold, manufacturers provide only 6 months of warranty) and it was enough to report the problem to us so that we could help you. Of course, among the large number of batteries that we sell, a defective copy may occur, but the failure rate of Green Cell batteries is below 2%, which is a very good result considering the price / quality ratio.

Please contact me, preferably by e-mail (info@swiatbaterii.pl), so that we can fulfill the warranty. Even if a year has passed since the purchase of the battery, we will try to help you, because, as I understand it, problems have occurred from the very beginning.

    Yours sincerely,
    Michał Bulik

If I remember correctly, the year passed in October or November. I would have to check carefully. I did not file a complaint because I needed a battery in my laptop. I can see that you are ready to take the case. I will contact you by e-mail when I find the receipt. We will see how the matter can be settled.

    Hello,
I bought a new battery u Ochynscy if I remember correctly on the Allegro it is the company "Świat Baterii" at the end of 2015.
I was encouraged to do so by a very transparent auction with clearly described rules, the most appealing to me was that the seller declares the replacement of the battery with a new one within a year, if its capacity drops below 70%, and the indication of the origin of the cells, namely GreenCell, was also appealing.
I will say that EXCELLENT, I am completely satisfied, by the way, such a tip:
The battery it is not possible to lead to a so-called deep discharge and in particular the storage of such a battery. It was my biggest mistake with the original battery, it fell instantly.
The safest state of charge for the battery is 50-70% , of course, close states next to this range are also not dangerous.
As for the specifications of my 4400 battery, the data read by the system was more or less like 4900 declared, 5200 maximum, 100% capacity, and so I have after half a year, invariably, whether it discharges quickly, with this capacity and work on the Internet 1.30 minutes, when discharged to about 15%, but my equipment is with a graphics card and this is known to eat up resources even when it does not work at full load.
So I recommend without a shadow of a doubt is the best seller in Poland when you compare the parameters: price - quality - support.
    Regards and thank you.

And I would like to make a small advertisement for Świat Baterii. I wrote above that I bought a battery from them, which unfortunately I was not satisfied with, because it lost its properties very quickly.

Despite the fact that the warranty expired 2-3 months ago, the representative of this company offered me to replace the battery with a new one, because most likely I had a damaged one.

As promised, so they did. They sent me a new battery by courier.

    Way to go

    Hello,

I'll throw in my 3 cents.
About a year ago, maybe 10 months (?) I bought a replacement for a 9-chamber "no name" whip for a Lenovo T400 laptop. Honestly, it works like gold, i.e. it keeps the declared value according to RM Clock and during normal operation.
Normal use, a lot of battery life, if it falls it will be recharged.
Bought on the allegro, I don't remember where, but I can try to look.

On the Lenovo x201 laptop. Bought a 6-cell 4400mAh for about PLN 75 by Allegro from the Hermes store. Store in general okay, they considered a warranty replacement, unfortunately the battery was also replaced
the other one fell the same. It holds for about an hour now.

Where to buy a decent battery for the X201? I am interested in the offer of the Ochynscy company

And what do you think about battery regeneration. Does this solution work or is it a water pic montage?

Regeneration is the replacement of used cells with new ones. Most often branded links. And resetting the electronics / cycle counter, cell capacity.
The cost is slightly higher than buying a replacement.
This is an interesting option if you want the original capacity slightly higher than the replacement.

I have not had a battery in my laptop for two years, when I was looking for a new one - the original was quite expensive and unavailable in Poland, and I was not convinced about replacements then. After reading this topic, I became interested in the green cell battery, to my delight I found a suitable one for my model, but the price is PLN 300. It's almost the same as the original battery. The laptop model is Asus ux50v. Does anyone have any idea why batteries with a capacity similar to other laptops cost around PLN 100, and this one is so expensive? At this price, I probably won't buy

    Hello,
I'll throw in my three cents.
    New Green Cell battery
    J1KND type for DELL laptops
It was supposed to have a capacity of 6600mAh, after reading by BatteryMon it turns out that it only has 5865mAh, which is much less than the declared value.
Purchased in the world of the battery "Ochyński"
    it's a minus,
    now plus:
a very quick response to an e-mail with a complaint, but here I got a version that the battery will increase its capacity during use, over the one stored in the drivers. I have already used up a lot of batteries, but for the first time I meet with the fact that the battery driver can increase its capacity (i.e. maybe in the case of ordinary batteries, but those with a built-in driver do not do it, or at least I have not encountered it in laptop batteries ). In the original from Dell (a different battery, from a different model) in the controller, the first time I used it, I always had more capacity than on the battery housing (I had 3 new batteries for Dell, so it's not a coincidence).

    second plus
I was invited by phone to the point in Szymonowica, where the issue of the "defective" battery will be clarified and replaced with a model with a compatible capacity as declared.

So, so far pluses for contact, minus for goods. After the complaint, I will write what effect I got.

As a warning, it is worth checking the battery capacity stored in the memory of the battery controller.

Hello. I have a 5.5-year-old Acer 5738PZG laptop in which I still have a factory battery installed. As you know, after such a long period of intensive use of the computer, the battery is used up enough that a fully charged one can power the computer for about 3 minutes after disconnecting the power supply. Even Windows 7 has been suggesting me to replace the battery for half a year :D
I am considering purchasing a new Green Cell battery from the user Ochynscy, however there are two variants available for my laptop: AC01 for PLN 65.85 , and AC02PRO for PLN 209.95 . The latter has allegedly Samsung cells, and about 75% more capacity than its predecessor or even the original.
I use the laptop mainly at home, it is connected to the charger all the time (this killed the original battery). I do not want to use it without a battery, because in the event of accidental disconnection of the charger (which happens to me very often) the computer will simply turn off. I still need a working battery because sometimes I have to read errors in the car and stretching the extension cords and the power supply is very inconvenient. Is it worth paying PLN 144 for larger samsung cells in my case? Rattles longer than the cheaper replacement? I am going to use this laptop model for at least the next few years.

I have a GreenCell battery. In the manual it says ... For the battery to last as long as possible, it should be charged, from the moment the laptop signals that the battery is low and needs to be recharged. For me it is 30%. Avoid fully discharging the battery, which may cause damage But in the same manual he writes to discharge and recharge the battery at least once every few weeks. This will keep the battery in good condition.
How is it supposed to be?

Do not discharge the battery below 3%. In advanced power settings we can set the battery level in% for: "Critical battery level", "Low battery level" etc. and the system response to these levels. Discharging the battery to 3% and recharging to 100%, this is a good battery calibration to be performed quarterly.

For me, it will not drop so low because it is set to about 10% and the tab will turn off. I usually charge it when it is slightly below 20%.

Have you heard something about Polion batteries? Another Chinese, or maybe a good substitute? They have recently entered the Polish market, but there is plenty of it - both on the price list and on the Allegro. They look sensible - has anyone used it? But don't you play with it and buy the original? (e-polion.pl)

What is not Chinese today? Country like country, they produce for the whole world. Dell does there too, and the quality is high. But that's on the side. I checked the Polion batteries after GreenCell recently raised the prices of its batteries (and nothing has changed in them, according to the description). I took a chance on Polion and so far I have no reason to complain, they hold the same amount, they fit well with the laptop. I prefer to buy something brand name than risk it with total "replacement" brands, especially since the prices are similar.

We are constantly improving our batteries and looking for the best quality components, hence a slight increase in prices - we focus on quality. I must admit that we have not had contact with Polion batteries yet, but looking at the prices from Allegro, they are either very low-quality items or are sold at the limit of profitability (compared to our production costs when ordering tens of thousands of items at a time). We will try to test a few models for comparison.

@dolorek, if you have been satisfied with Green Cell products so far and you shop more than once a year, please contact our B2B department (contact us on the website) - we will certainly agree the appropriate prices :)

@bartsw - I would not exaggerate with the fact that 'it's full of it' - Google hardly notices them, on Allegro they do not even enter the top 50 sellers in the category, and several offers on Ceneo.

@dolorek is right, almost all laptop batteries are made in China.
You can order a label with the name of your brand (even original) from any representative of the battery manufacturer. Thus, the battery assembled at factory X, consisting of the same components: cells, electronics and housing, can only differ in labeling and packaging. This is how laptop battery brands are built. Some do it honestly and others cheat by stating in the description that they are battery producers, and even worse - cells. There are no producers of green cells, pure power, etc. In these batteries cells from the Chinese company ZN are installed, and the PCB has the Chinese EEPROM SH79F329AX. This does not mean that these batteries are bad. On the contrary, they are recommendable, especially as the warranty service is very good.
I am not writing this without any reason, because I opened the batteries of these 2 brands and inside I found the same cells and the same electronics, even the manufacturer's code was the same.
Some sellers go very far in cheating. Two years ago I bought a battery with original LG cells and Chinese CJ.
For now, we are buying better and better Chinese no name or branded replacements. You can buy original ones, but you have to be aware that their production is limited to recently produced laptops.

Here I must point out that the prices were similar for another six months, which did not mean that Greencell was of very poor quality? Although I do not know, maybe the low price of Polion is caused by entering the market? As an end customer, I must say that, as I wrote, I do not see any differences in work, quality of workmanship, aesthetics of the box, etc.

Two weeks after the warranty period, Green Cell refused to obey. The computer shut down and without the power supply, they won't budge. The system constantly estimates the battery capacity after removing the power supply, the comp goes out. Forced to buy a new battery, I bought the cheapest available on the market and so far I do not see a significant difference. We'll see what happens after the warranty period. I know that maybe I got a faulty art, maybe something or something. It is a fact and 2 weeks after the warranty I was left without a working battery. Personally, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

@doodaa - I think you are absolutely right here. For example, goods from AliExpress and goods in brand stores - let's agree, if we do not really buy the cheapest, the quality is comparable. The only drawback is the really difficult warranty process if we download something from AliExpress. Big brands have to get money for marketing and advertising from somewhere, and in fact they sell the same clothes. It is similar here with batteries. Polion will probably be no different, apart from the price, from the competition. The cells will be at a similar level of quality because they simply have the same origin.

In my topic, the green cell battery has been replaced, the new one has slightly better parameters (it is only 10% missing from the declared capacity), but it is still far from the parameters from the label, although the laptop no longer sits at 5% with the effect of pulling the cable out in the absence of battery, but when discharged it starts to show the cosmic capacity of the cells, after inserting the power supply plug, the capacity of the cells returns to normal. Also, I don't recommend this company. In addition, during the exchange I did not receive any paper, a new guarantee or even an annotation that it was replaced.
Nothing happened with the original battery, nothing but waiting for it to finally explode.

    Hi,

looking at my experience with Laptops (always on the way) I think No. 1 are batteries with a panasonic cartridge. I have another series of Lenovo T (from T23) :) ) or W and they are there. 500 cycles in three years and capacity still over 60%. Our worst experience with sanyo - 200 cycles in 2 years and bye-bye but everything is moving forward so we don't know what it looks like now.
As for replacements, in my company only white energy is used and I will not say, they also live a very long time, but I must also say that I confirm the behavior mentioned earlier that at MAX load the laptop can turn off due to the battery. For the original, even older ones, this problem does not exist.
I don't know green cell, so I won't say anything.
    from curiosities

I have a tiny Lenovo X120e. Udate bios with the replacement inserted wreaks havoc in the battery electronics. I do not know how much capacity it has, etc. I generally released two, one was exchanged under the warranty, the other was released after the warranty. I wrote to the guarantor how I broke it, but he couldn't help and sent a new battery.

as for lenovo, they give a tool that takes care of the battery and can be set so that it does not charge to 100% because the batteries kill the most (documentation for what on the lenovo website)

info from my workstation, i.e. lenovo W700 - probably some people know what kind of combine it is. Battery never normally used because this laptop is not wearable :)

    Manufacturer of SANYO cells
    first use 2010-01
    Cycles 139
    design capacity of 84 Wh
    Current capacity 35 Wh
currently 42% of the designed capacity

Returning to the GC itself, someone opened the GC laptop power supply on the electrode and it turned out that there is a drama there, which does not mean that the batteries are not good.
    EDIT: but not the electrode

Has anyone opened one and do you know what the links are there?

I will add from myself about the experience with the second battery. The first one died very quickly and was replaced after a year with a new one. The second one has also died. It operated fairly normally for over a year - with gradually decreasing capacity. About 2-3 months ago, she died completely, which means she lasted about 15 months. Except at the end it only held 5 minutes.

From my experience, I can say that these batteries last for a year.

I will add my 3 cents to the topic ... Well, in October 2015 I bought a battery for my laptop - a Green Cell replacement with a capacity similar to the original (4400 mAh). After less than 3 months of use, it completely died. After disconnecting the power, the laptop turned off, the battery did not hold at all. I made a complaint and sent the goods back for warranty replacement. And here in fact - there was no problem. I quickly got a reply with a positive decision, and after a few days also a new battery. Interestingly - despite replacing it with a new one, I did not get a new document / warranty for it. Thread.

Then for some time the battery served me as it should (the new one lasted about 1.5 hours). Used in accordance with the recommendations. Discharged regularly, but not to zero (up to about 15%). At the end of 2016 (right after the warranty period expired), its capacity began to decline very quickly, and in addition it completely decalibrated. It could not be corrected in any way, although I tried to do it in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines (so that it would show the real energy reserve). The capacity itself decreased by 2/3 compared to what it was at the beginning (from 1.5 h it became 0.5 h).

I will say this - for the money (about PLN 75) I did not expect miracles, but I thought that Green Cell is a slightly higher-class replacement (I remind you - the first warranty replacement for a new one after 3 months and the next battery lost 2/3 after a year capacity and calibrated to such an extent that it could not be properly recalibrated). As it turned out, it is the same Chinese as other no-name products available on the web, which in addition are cheaper (from what I have seen, such a battery currently costs about PLN 90, and other cheap replacements about PLN 60).

What are the conclusions of this? How to buy something totally budget does not matter whether it will be a bush company or the cheapest GC (which will be more expensive anyway). The quality will remain the same - that is, low. If, however, you want to buy something decent, then either the original or preferably something on good links, e.g. Panasonic, but then the price may also be close to the original. Personally, I advise against this brand, because even in budget batteries you pay more, and you don't know for what (maybe that the owner of the company has money for a new Tesla for half a bubble? ;) ), and in addition - looking at the opinions of other users - some problems with these batteries keep repeating.

    best regards

Also, I did not get any document after the exchange. The only plus is that they replace under warranty without a problem. By spending PLN 80-90, we get two batteries in the price (once reporting a complaint), which is not bad, but it is some inconvenience, because it is associated with advertising the battery, and as you know in Poland, complaints are difficult. Although, in the case of Green Cell, I cannot say a bad word. On the other hand, one would expect something better from the product.

I bought green cell replacement batteries for my toshiba and cell phone. Both died completely after about 2 months. The problem is that in the event of a complaint, the company does not replace them with new ones, but regenerates broken batteries !!! I received this answer from an employee. The warranty is only extended by 14 days.

I had the mcbook batteries replaced about a year ago, recently I saw that the battery swelled up until a part of the laptop casing was thrown upwards, about 2-3 cm. When looking for opinions, I found green cell batteries. The next day I found my way to this store. The gentlemen in the shop, when they saw her, said 'not an interesting thing', opened the laptop and were speechless because it was their battery, which someone had put on me 15 months ago. Shocking! Due to the fact that I came, I bought a new one, I got a 5% discount but I feel a bit disappointed that after 3 months from the end of the warranty, the battery has swollen like abnormal and it is biting my mcbook casing. I understand that its power would drop to 50-70%, but such swelling is its fault. I only used the laptop after work, so it didn't even overheat. After the second battery from this company, I will give a clear opinion. It is a pity that it happened so and that it fell after 3 months after the warranty (12 months). The only thing I can praise is the men working in the showroom in Warsaw. Very nice, helpful, it's a pleasure to visit there, thank you for your help. As for the battery ... Well ... I heard that it is after the warranty, that it may be my fault and that I have to buy a new one ...

COMPLETION: after 3 days the new one broke. Tomorrow I am replacing it under warranty. We will see how efficiently and how nice it will be. Bad luck? I hope up to 3 times a piece.
