Home phone. Residential switchboard. Double socket. Sockets with flap - splash proof. Lighting outlet fed from circuit 2 (lighting), next to hood supply outlet from circuit 5 (gal. kitchen). Number of wires, in this case double-circuit lighting.

The drawing shows a plan of the apartment with the electrical installation marked.

Hello, I'm having trouble deciphering a few symbols:

1) is this a switchboard?
2) I have no idea what it could be
3) what does the number "2" in the socket designation mean?
