How to disassemble these sockets, do they have any latches where you need to pry them up so as not to damage them?
Thank you in advance for your help.

You have everything forged, look at the back and you will see where the latches are.

PS. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry.

The point is that I did not see anything.
Is there a housing on the latches or are these sockets inside? I'll search.

There are measures for the latch, and the frame itself too.
Insert a screwdriver and pry out.

There are already traces that a friend tried. Visible traces.

The latches usually have two on the bottom and two on top of these "measures".

Basically, the frame is pulled down before the can is forged out of the wall by levering it with something flat, such as a screwdriver. In this case, a screwdriver is completely unnecessary. Now you can use your bare hands to undress, because everything is already hanging next to the wall.
Ps. have you turned off the electricity in this outlet?
This is what the frame in the middle looks like (Legrand Niloe)
