I have sockets with track diaphragms (this is probably what it's called). I can not plug in a single socket, because this screen has blocked. Can a person not familiar with electricity, like me, somehow fix it or should I call an electrician?

The outlet will be replaced, so it depends on whether you feel strong enough to replace them.

I thought that if I turn it on, I will be able to take out this blockage (because I do not have children, it is unnecessary) and mount again, but if I want to replace the whole socket, I will have to call an electrician.

Of course, you can remove this lock on the cover / bezel of the socket, after unscrewing it from the mechanism.
The only question is why and for what reason there is such and no other nest (?)

The developer probably intended to protect children, but I do not have children, and you could plug in the plug a week ago, the blockade had to break down.

Try turning the plug lightly to the right and left when inserting the plug.
    Gently, do not force it.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing difficulty inserting a plug into a socket equipped with track diaphragms, which are likely designed for child safety. The user contemplates whether they can resolve the issue themselves or if they should hire an electrician. Responses suggest that the blockage can potentially be removed by unscrewing the socket cover, but caution is advised. Some participants recommend gently turning the plug while inserting it, while others express frustration over the necessity of such safety features. The conversation also touches on the reliability of different socket brands, with mentions of Legrand and cheaper alternatives, indicating that the latter have not failed over years of use.
