At the bottom of the refrigerator (above the drawers) there is usually a trough for condensed water, in the trough there should be a drain hole to the tank at the back of the refrigerator.
Sometimes it happens that the drain or the hose becomes clogged, it is enough to clean the entire drain, e.g. with a cable (mains cables worked great for me ;) ).

This refrigerator does not have such obvious solutions. There is no visible drain hole - as in most standard refrigerators. If that was the case, I wouldn't bother you :-) .

This looks like a drainage problem.

    Hello.
So there is too much frost on the walls, did you get to that in the manual?

I don't know the construction of your refrigerator, but from what it says there must be some sort of vent :D

    Regards.

    edit:
And this is about the freezer, and you have a problem upstairs :D

It turns out that the problem is easily solved.

    1. Turn off the refrigerator, empty the interior and remove the back panel, which is fixed with three screws (photo).

    2. While chasing the panel, we need to disconnect two electrical cubes.

    3. We see the evaporator, which has a metal channel at the bottom with an outlet in the middle. Everything was filled with ice. In order to quickly get rid of this ice and unclog the drainage channel, I used warm water, which I poured into the gutter, after a while I pulled it out with a syringe, another portion of warm water, etc. until it was done.

I hope mine will be helpful to someone.
