    Hello and welcome
I have a problem with the Hilti SF 144 screwdriver switch.
I checked the screwdriver by starting without the switch, directly from the battery and it fired right away, so something in the switch is to blame.
    The elements on top are 2 diodes P2000G (20A 400V), relay DEFOND 16.1A 14.4VDC BGA-3016F, switch and transistor PN06L05.
My knowledge of electronics is very basic and I have a problem with this.
When the button is pressed, the LEDs do not conduct in either direction, when released, they conduct in both directions.
As for the transistor, I don't know how to check it exactly, but I checked it with a meter set to diodes and it showed 500 only when connecting the black meter wire to the middle "cut" leg and the red one to the right one.
Someone help me solve the problem, because I'm starting to run out of ideas.

I have a similar problem. The transistor and diode went, I replaced them with similar ones, because I did not find the originals. Unfortunately, after restarting, the same thing happens again. I do not know yet what this black cube connected to this transistor is. Can someone give me a hint, there are no markings on it.

The only difference between the switch from the previous post is that there is a double diode, I had 10 A 1pc. And the transistor I gave 029N06N

Ok, fixed, I installed the diode backwards
I still do not know what this element with this transistor is, maybe someone else will give something from themselves for posterity, for me the topic is closed until what.
