Hello, I'm in my cupboard logitech z323 subwoofer without satellites I'd like to run

Is there an easy way to make a switch that activates its amplifier by shorting the appropriate pins in the socket of the 9 din RCA port plug?

In this subject line, provided the schematic and pinout for logitech x230

Unfortunately, I can't find a similar one for z323 anywhere

It does not have such a diagram, but I do not think Logitech complicates its life by defining a different pinout for each model on the same connector. If I were you, I'd take that risk and assume they're identical connectors.

The bigger problem is that there are two contradictory information on this issue in the indicated topic. In post # 2 it was stated that to turn the system on, pin 6 should be connected with pin 8 and in post # 26 that pin 6 should be connected with pin 7. The latter looks more likely, because there is ground on pin 8 and power on pin 7.

Try to connect pin 6 to 8 with a cable for a moment and if it does not start, nothing bad should happen, even if the connection is wrong for a moment.

unfortunately, the connection of these pins does not work, I tried in various ways, I have to trace the paths because I got angry and quickly shorted others and something sparked

Have you checked, if so, what voltage is there between pins 7 and 8?

I'm sorry for the delay, my laptop graphics card has died and now it is my main problem
Soon I will throw photos of the circuit board and measure the voltage of the "subwoofer"

Do you have anything else from the set ??
I need a cable (with a plug), even the plug is enough for me
I mean the list of pins
From what I understood from the description, do you need a connection diagram in the box ??

I had a set of these speakers for repair with a damaged potentiometer in the satellites, it is pins 3 and 4 in the plug that need to be shorted so that the subwoofer works without two small speakers.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around activating a Logitech Z323 subwoofer without its satellite speakers by utilizing the 9-DIN RCA port. Users seek a pinout guide to determine which pins to short for amplifier activation. Initial suggestions indicate connecting pin 6 to either pin 7 or pin 8, but conflicting information leads to unsuccessful attempts. One user reports that pins 3 and 4 need to be shorted for the subwoofer to function without the satellites. The conversation also touches on troubleshooting steps, including measuring voltage between pins and the need for additional components like cables or plugs.
