    My laptop broke. I was doing the computer format, I went to eat dinner when I came back, there was a message saying 'Problem' I clicked OK and there was a safe mode I clicked restart the computer and it was like this (photo below) and this message appeared, the computer turned off and it turned on like that endlessly. Please help
