How can I convert this ps2?

Do not torture the console with self-recorded plates - you would not touch the latest Iphone with a nail.
Load games from pendrive or portable disk - games load a little slower, but ~ 80% of games can be run this way. in the case of tiles and ESR patcher, the compatibility level is ~ 70-75%.

Most of the ESR-compatible games (with boards) are listed here - all of them can be run from pendrives without exception.
