Sagemcom DSI83 decoder, "boot", then "init"

Hello.
Symptom like above, "boot" goes, then "init" and that's it, "init" lasts forever. The decoder is dead, does not respond to the remote control, the screen is black. When the power is turned off and on again, the cycle repeats.
Maybe the reason is the lack of power supply to the LNB - converter, that it does not search for programs. Is it the fault of the software, if so, how can it be updated.
The digital card decoder is without warranty.

Disconnect the power and antenna, then connect the power without the antenna connected, wait until the decoder turns on and shows information that there is no signal from the satellite, connect the antenna - the decoder should unlock
Recently there was a software update for this model and maybe the decoder did not download it properly:
- disconnect the power, simultaneously press P+ and P- on the front panel of the decoder and turn it on, hold until 8888 appears and the update process begins.

If that doesn't help, replace it. And if the decoder is your property, you will have to buy a new one.
