Hello, I got the Ps4 console. After turning on, the console will not connect to the pad. Tested on 2 different pads and the problem is the same, although in the service mode the pad is detected and works via usb, but only in the service mode, in normal operation, synchronization does not take place. So far I have reballed the API and the problem remains. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

As far as I know, the console communicates with the pad via Bluetooth, maybe there is a problem here. You can also reset the pad if you haven't tried it yet. If that doesn't help, the service will.

The software update is successful, are you popping up errors ?. If so, I bet on the wifi / bt module or the damaged Nor area responsible for wifi / by.

    Hello
I have the same problem but the pad is cable Nacom.
In the soft menu it works, but it does not work on the blue screen where there is information about the connection in several languages.

As far as I know and have dealt with some Chinese wired PS4 PADs, they do not work as the first / main PAD. The original controller must be connected first to initialize the console / login. Wired only worked in the console menu.

Hi, before replacing the wifi / BT module, do a bridge reballing, I had some PROs like that, which is too bad :)
I had one in which I replaced the Wifi module, it worked for 2 days, it came back, after the bridge was reballed, the problem disappeared.

    Hello.
Will heat up the cutlet a little.
I have a similar problem with the PS4, after turning on the console, the image information on the blue screen about the connection falls with the USB cable and pressing the PS button. After connecting the cable, there is no reaction to the PS, in safe mode the same. As I press PS without cable connection, it displays an additional text message about cable connection and registration. Resetting it rains did not improve the situation and even worsened because the PS was previously loaded on the cable and not in this chili. Only white light flashes when PS is pressed. After the reset, the yellow light will light up for a moment. Can you handle it somehow or is it something thicker?

What could have gone wrong with the pad if it works via Bluetooth (checked via Bluetooth from PC), but unfortunately it doesn't via cable and doesn't pair with the console?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a PS4 console that fails to connect with DualShock 4 controllers. The user reports that the controllers work in service mode via USB but cannot sync in normal operation. Various responses suggest potential issues with the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi module, as well as the possibility of a damaged NOR area affecting connectivity. Recommendations include resetting the controller, checking for voltage on the Wi-Fi module, and performing reballing on the affected components. Some users also mention that certain wired controllers may not function as primary controllers, requiring an original controller for initialization.
