    Good morning,
I am asking for advice on what I should do. The float valve in the cistern does not draw water. When I fill it myself and press the flush button, the water runs off, but it does not draw back. I replaced the valve and hose about 2-3 years ago, so I think it shouldn't be a problem. Please help. I will be very grateful.

The float has to go up and down. Does it go? After emptying the water, the float falls down, the valve is supposed to open and water flows in if it is and water does not flow in, then the valve may be damaged or clogged.

It is the float that is supposed to rise while taking the water and fall while pouring the water out, if this is not the case, you need to diagnose why it is not.

Disassemble and clean the valve, or replace it if it is not dismantled. Usually it gets clogged up with ferns.

After unscrewing the hose from the cistern, remove the plastic filter from the valve, which retains all the impurities it has caught from the water, and then clean it in the filter and rinse with water, then put it back in the valve and screw the hose to the flush valve.
