Toilet Cistern Issue: Filling Valve Not Draining Water, Tried Cleaning, & Attached Photos

Hello, I have a question regarding the cistern in the toilet because for two days louder took water and the next day something happened and gets a "trickle" slowly almost when it fills slowly until the end closes the flow normally and I do not know if this "filling valve" can damaged I tried to clean it but it did not give anything and I do not want to buy it for free. I add that from the hose after unscrewing the water flies normally.
I did such two pictures of the valve "filling the cistern is concealed and so photo of the trigger. Is there enough such two photos?

The cleaning of such a valve requires its disassembly from the cistern and demolition "into the prime factors", followed by thorough cleaning and washing, and reassembling. Yes you did? If it did not help, it was an exchange.

Thanks for the help but it was hard to unscrew it so I decided to replace it, I did not know if it is for sure that this element works, the subject can be closed
