    Hello
Windows 10 installer does not see the HDD, the message "load the driver to deliver the storage driver" appears. Old broken disk, the installer sees, I put a new one, does not see ... In the bios set to IDE, the disk connected to the desktop computer is visible working normally ... has any idea install drive in asus laptop.

The WD 320GB drive installs the system from a pendrive

Enter your laptop model. For Windows 10, the disk controller should be set to AHCI if possible. Installation from the USB 2.0 port (if you have USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports in your laptop - try installing from the older generation port).

I switched to AHCI and tried through all USB ports and it does not see anything. I recorded Windows 7 on a pendrive and the W7 installer also does not see the disk, although it was switched to AHCI ... I do not know if it mattered?
The laptop is ASUS Altec Lansing.

Read at least the model of this laptop carefully, Altec Lansing produced the speakers for this laptop. You will find the model on the underside of the laptop.

Sorry, there is no name anywhere on the housing ... but I entered the bios and wrote K53TK there in the goggles, I checked that there was actually such an Asus K53TK model.

Knowing life, you install in ASUS in UEFI mode :) run instalke without UEFI because then you need to have a disk not on MBR but on GPT and therefore it does not see it.

F8 after boot the computer and choose usb without uefi and install

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

And download the ahci / raid drivers to your laptop and upload too

I did as my friend ordered, but still the same ... I discovered, however, that in the bios you can not see this disk when I put in the old broken one, does the bios see it but does not see it?

You can not see the disk in the bios at all? Well, in this case it may be a damaged disk, do you have the option of connecting the disk to a stationary? if you had checked it, we would have known immediately.

Could you please enter what drive it is?

I was convinced that in bios he can see the disk, but not during installation (then the problem is usually due to the lack of uploaded drivers, e.g. the disk is 2-3TB or using the uefi mode).

    And now like this:
    A) I see a new one, so if the guarantee is then send
    1) If the disk cannot be seen and you want to repair it, first use the disk terminal
    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic872300.html
    2) If this fails, all that remains is to buy electronics and replace the data to copy the data (if you have any)
    3) if you did not have any important documents on it, it remains to buy a new disk and treat it with some achtung ;)

So after inserting the old disk to check if the bios can see it, it happened that when I inserted the new disk, the disk "found" strange maybe the socket is not in contact with something but I put it in and pulled it out probably 10 times ..... but also restored the settings factory bios maybe it helped ...

Oh and great. Now set the AHCI mode in your region and install the system as I wrote above (F8, without uefi)
