Daewoo FRN-X22F3CSI: Inverter Da92-00089A Issues, LNK304GN Replacement, BLDC Compressor & Generator

Side by side refrigerator, damage in the inverter block, 12 V stabilizer and IC3 LNK304GN and 10 ? resistor. Inverter controller SBC1 controls the operation of the Samsung DA92-00089A BLDC compressor. After replacing the damaged elements, voltages appeared, the inverter operation can be heard, but the generator does not turn on.
What signal should be given to check if the generator is working? Is there a sensor in this model that prevents the compressor from turning on when there is no gas? Please give me tips.

Maybe someone from my colleagues will give me a hint and show me what to measure when the generator does not start?

What's under the heat sink there?

Under the heatsink there is an IGBT FSBS5CH60AS (I have this inscription on the board) blue 2-pin plug, marking on the board speed com i.e. control from the motherboard is probably a square wave with a given frequency and it controls the operation of the Samsung BLDC compressor with the designation EU4A5Q-L2X DW1.
