Hello. From 2003 or 2004 we live in a newly built block. After the first two years, the walls were cracking by themselves, see the photos. This is a difficult matter because we paid people to finish ... to install the tiles in the toilet ..., for the paints ..., for the putty ..., Now you have to do everything from scratch .. The tiles in the toilet broke together with the wall. In almost every room, the ceiling is cracked at the corner with vertical walls, at the walls between the room and the manor house, there are such cracks through the gaps that in winter there is coldness through these gaps .. which is associated with the use of a radiator non-stop at max., Cracks at the door frames they bend and practically no door can be locked in this house.
In the kitchen, in order to get to a very damaged wall, you will have to dismantle the furniture, which is of poor quality, and you know what it is like ... it won't be all holding up with the same force.
Are we entitled to any compensation from the cooperative?
The whole block is so badly done ..., the neighbors are also complaining ... It's a really tough thing ... So many costs, and everything has to be done all over again. It's not my parents' apartment ... but they don't do anything about it ... in google, but I have not found a 'rozpierduchy' like ours.
The problem may be that we are still registered at the old address. I mean, I do not know if this is a problem, but it is definitely something that does not match the formalities.

Application for construction supervision is one time.
Expertise or cracks threaten the building structure are two.
An expert opinion determining the causes of cracks is three.
Such cracks may, for example, be caused by poor foundation of the building. When the ground freezes and thaws, the building works and the walls break.
The choice of repair method is four.

If you have invoices for everything, a letter to the cooperative and probably a case to court - there may be a class action if the same happens with other tenants.

The outer wall has cracked and the rivet goes from the top to the bottom of the block for sure.

Isn't it sometimes floodplains or mining areas?

If you are not satisfied with the answer, write to PINB.
Do you think that no one has reported this problem to the cooperative for 10 years? Did the five-year inspector not notice anything? Did he write the review report without comment? For me, a case to PINB and maybe to the prosecutor.
