To the author: the exchange helped? in the sense - is the new mosfet more vital?

Replaced by Piotr for now works well for a week, I also put in a better, bigger cooling from an old computer power supply, thanks to which the mosfet does not heat up as much as I went through the check, the original lasted 2 weeks, but as you can see the photos had very poor cooling, so you can easily use this replacement.

    The replacement works very well.

Using a Google translator. Please forgive me for any mistakes.

Are you looking for a replacement for 200N03A. Very rare, you can not find a datasheet.
Used in car modules for children, the "Weelye" brand.

Will IRF3305 work as a replacement for 200N03A?

Help me find a replacement or equivalent part number.

Unfortunately, UTT200N03 is available only in wholesale from China, you can not find it anywhere else.

I replaced IRFz44N, but the Soft-Start function has disappeared and the circuit does not respond to speed control. The engines always have full power.
When 200N03A was put down, it worked properly. I do not know why spare part numbers do not respond to gate pulses (PWM / analog).

Could you tell me which company is producing these mosfets with the "CR" logo on the component? I asked many sellers, but nobody knows. They only know that it's done in China.

Between 150N03A is available here: https://thienduongcuabe.com/linh-kien-xe-dien-tre-em-tranzitor-150n03a
But it's a Vietnam seller and they do not send international.

IRFZ44N is not suitable, it has too high Rdson value.
IRF is not suitable, it has too much value Rdson.

I wrote to you to try IRL3713 or IRL1404Z.
You can try IRL3713 or IRL1404Z.

Logo "CR" - I saw this logo, but unfortunately I do not remember.

Sure. I will try to update them both. I hope I can find them locally, wait a long time.
    Thank you

I would like OP to react and update if its Soft-Start function worked after the exchange with IRF3305.

For me this replacement IRF3305PBF works until now, I note that I gave it better cooling and it works until today

Thank you for your response. Does the Soft-Start function work correctly after installing IRF3305PBF?

As far as the Soft-start function is concerned, it works properly, there are no jerks, the car moves smoothly, the only minus is that in the first and second gear if there is a greater load, the car moves under the hill, it throws gears and blocks the car for 5 seconds from the third gear he goes without problems. But the smooth start function works in every gear

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around finding a replacement for the MOSFET 150N03A used in the WELLYE remote control car module. A recommended replacement is the IRF3305PBF, which has been successfully used by the original poster (OP) for over a week with improved cooling, resulting in reduced heating. Other suggested alternatives include UTT200N03, IRL3713, and IRL1404Z, although some users reported issues with the IRFZ44N due to its high Rdson value. The OP confirmed that the Soft-Start function works correctly with the IRF3305PBF, although there are some performance issues under heavy load in lower gears. The discussion highlights the importance of proper cooling and the challenges in finding suitable replacements for specific MOSFET models.
