This is just simply power/ground cable. There is a 15 Amps fuse inside this box only.
It should not be difficult to make your own cable. It may not be easy to find exactly the same connector, if not, there is always a way around it.
Instead of this box, you can use any in-line fuse holder - see example below.

Before you plug this radio in your car - read manual - there are two ways to hook up this radio with this cable to car power system.

For your convenience, I attached this radio’s manual also.

    Good luck!

I have my doubts about it - never heard about it.
These circuits are usually installed inside a radio.
But if so, try to find drawings on Internet.

If you don't manage to find any info, so maybe such a thing does not exist.
    Think about it.

    You just "heard it".

Do you think if I wire it with a cable from my car battery AC and I use only a fuse it will be OK? I don't want to blow up my head unit.

You will be fine, you do not need to worry.

There is a reason why Sony includes this cabel with the radio. And it is explained in manual.
    Just read it!

By the way, the best US website regardnig car radios lists all items which come with a radio.
In your case, your item is described as "Power/Ground harness".
No stabilizer or filter, just simply "Power/Ground harness".
Take a look -> Link - scroll down to "What's in the box" section.

I have no comments about what you just posted.

I tried to help you, but you seem to know better.
I lost my patience as well as will to discuss this matter.

    Wish you good luck.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user seeking assistance with their Sony MEX-XB100BT car audio headunit, which is missing essential accessories, particularly a power/ground harness that includes a fuse. The user expresses frustration over the high cost of replacement from Sony and seeks advice on how to create a makeshift solution. Responses suggest that the missing box primarily contains a power/ground cable and a 15 Amp fuse, and that it is feasible to create a custom cable using an in-line fuse holder. There is some debate about the presence of additional components like energy stabilizers or noise filters, but most responses indicate that these are not typically included in such harnesses. The user is encouraged to refer to the manual for proper wiring instructions and is reassured that connecting directly to the car battery with a fuse should be safe.
