    Hello
I have a problem with the boiler, it seems there is air in it.
The pipe to the boiler is warm, but cold at the output.
The hot utility water pump "gurgles" during operation. How do you bleed it?
In addition, I have a question about the GRUNDFOS ALPHA2 CO pump:
Today the POWER lamp came on after switching on, but I cannot change the power.
It looks like the pump is not working, is there air in it? How yes then how
to bleed it? There is nothing to vent there.

Everything worked fine last season ... and now it's about to air.

hello, buddy, to bleed it, unscrew the flare nut on the supply in front of the check valve, but for this time close the globe valve on the boler supply, then you will push the air back, greetings.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply.
    But I don't really understand  ...
unscrew the flare nut as in the picture:

And which one is a globe valve and where the air will go out.

hello, buddy, you marked the flare with the arrow, but this is not what I meant, but the one below the inlet valve, which you should close for the time of venting.
    greetings.

    greetings.

    Thanks, mate
I will check if it will work,
And is this alpha2 CO pump if there is air in it?
it won't work ... because this is what it looks like now?

Blow off this check valve at the boiler.

    Hello
Yes, I'm going to throw him out, but this pump is bothering me, how to check if it works?

    Hello again ...
I read that the lit Power ON diode is blocking the pump:
Current ok, I checked another pump)

I cleaned the mesh filter (it was dirty) and how to clean the pump or unblock it
    rotor?

From what I can see, these check valves can be plastic, i.e. crap that does not hold once, two can get blocked, hence there may be no flow, when you release the hot water, check if the spine is plastic, so change immediately the one with metal a mushroom

It is not clearly visible, but is this valve with a filter on the central heating pump sometimes closed?

The valves have metal mushrooms 100% :-)

    The valve is open.

    Hello,
It is possible that the problem is solved, I dismantled the pump, moved the impeller (rinsed), turned it, connected everything.
I blew this valve in front of the boiler.
I heated the temperature sensor so that everything would start, everything was going so that within an hour the air was escaping through the upper vent.
In addition, I had to push through one loop of the floor heating with tap water because there was air in it.
We will see if it will be like this when I light the stove because there will probably be some more air "warming up"

    Hello after a long time.
    All problems no longer occur.
After modifications and accidental boiling of water, all problems with airing
    have resigned ... :-)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around troubleshooting air issues in a boiler system and a GRUNDFOS ALPHA2 CO pump. The user reports that the boiler pipe is warm but cold at the output, and the hot utility water pump is gurgling, indicating potential air blockage. Responses suggest bleeding the system by unscrewing the flare nut on the supply line after closing the globe valve. The user also inquires about the pump's functionality, noting that the POWER lamp is on but the pump seems non-operational. Suggestions include checking for blockages in the check valve and cleaning the pump's mesh filter. After performing maintenance, including moving the impeller and blowing out the valve, the user reports that the air is escaping and the system is functioning properly again.
