I have a Bosch BML 2415 rectifier, there is voltage at the ends of the transistors, but not at the clamps, no LEDs on the front panel are lit. I checked the connections and all switches and potentiometers and they work.

The rectifier has already been repaired and someone has made some workarounds, I wonder if they should be removed and replaced with original elements. Anyone got an idea how to get a hold of it? I am attaching photos of the board.

These are thyristors, what voltages are measurable at thyristor anodes?
In addition, this charger starts to "live" only after connecting the battery, in your case 24 V.
Take more photos of the device and measure the voltages, I'm mainly interested in those on electrolytic capacitors. Leave what has been modified for now.

The voltages at the terminals are something like 14.3 V, but I have to measure carefully. I will do it on Monday and send more photos. As I wrote above, everything is working, there are supposed to be these workarounds (I didn't hook them) but the transformer, etc. everything is ok. I was wondering about the lack of voltage on the clamps, but my mistake, that I did not connect it to the battery, I just undressed it, desoldered it and I started the initial diagnosis.
