    Hello
2012 Touran with factory RNS 510. Displays the volume level, steering wheel control works while silence in the speakers. After restarting the 3 buttons, you can hear a crash on the right side of the car and silence in the speakers. 2 days ago everything was ok. While driving, the voice disappeared and never came back. Have any of you met with such a condition ??

If there was a click on one side after the reset, then probably look for the fault there. The most common fault of this type is a broken wiring harness in the door, if the loudspeaker wires are shorted with those from the actuator, there may still be a power amplifier to be replaced.

Check the audio signal with headphones at the input of the power amplifier (check on the web for its datasheet) if there is audio at the input but no audio at the output and having a 12V supply, then replace the power amplifier, usually it is TDA7XXX
