Press your volume button 6 times and rotate it right then screen should show up. Hope this will work .

I got 7010b player and whenever I touch/click the Explorer, Photos or even the Movies it always says "nulldisk" I already downloaded the file and tried it then it says "file not found". Anyone encountered this problem? Please help!

did you turn off power while updating then it'll corrupt the software
