Hello. I wonder if, apart from installing reed switches in the windows, it would be good to have reed switches in the roller shutters. The roller blind is probably the first point of attack, so if the alarm was triggered when the roller blind was lifted, it could potentially save the window from damage. After all, the blind is always cheaper than the window. By the way, will the Satel Versa 15 control panel for a single-family house be sufficient? There will be a smoke detector, gas detector, about 7 detectors and 16 reed switches attached to it. Potentially second 16 reed switches for roller shutters.

The Versa supports up to 30 zones. So answer the question yourself. We do not support "tinkering" on the forum, we always connect one detector to one entrance. Especially with newly designed systems.
In the case of roller shutter reed switches, it is worth considering additional reed switches detecting a tamper attempt (applying an external magnet).

    Greetings.

Thank you for paying attention to these additional reed switches. 16 reed switches for roller shutters and if there were to be twice as many anti-sabotage switches, a lot of it would be done. If the costs are similar to the window costs, not too bad. It is interesting, however, what it would look like with the work with 32 additional reed switches to the entire system. I will check what the installer says. So I understand that the Versa is not suitable in this case. Will the Integra, then, as another higher model, meet all these conditions? Will it be able to inform if, for example, one of the blinds is not closed and it will not whine if the blinds are open with an armed system? Obviously, I will only be closed for longer trips.

The proper reed switch and the anti-tamper switch can be connected to one line.

It will definitely be better than the Versa. The rest depends on the correctness of the system design and the knowledge of the installer himself. Of course, when selecting the control panel, we must not forget about the current balance of the entire system ( Arku - I had to... :D )

    Greetings.

Er, here are the magnets themselves. It will be fine.

I took up something else and I can see that I got preempted with the response to this current balance :)
Seriously, someone installed anti-sabotage reed switches on the roller shutters (since we already call them that)? I was not given it, and as I sit now, I cannot imagine such an assembly, so that this protection would be as effective as in the case of windows or doors.
As for the selection of the control panel, the versa in this configuration is almost perfect (mode with blinds, mode without roller blinds), provided that there are enough of its modes and inputs :)
    greetings

My dear gentlemen, show me how you install such a reed switch on the roller shutter. I set up a separate topic, but no answer :)

I will step on the topic, because I am also thinking about reed switches in the blinds and I do not know how to mount them. Windows, roller shutters and external window sills are already installed.

I have windows installed, window sills still not. Anyone have any idea / experience how to do it?

    Thank you in advance.
