    Hello
During the renovation, I bought the Satel Perfecta set. I ran 6x0.5mm2 wires to six PIR detectors. I read that you can control the roller shutters, but nowhere have the detailed connection instructions. I am only interested in closing all blinds at once when leaving and opening when entering the house. Following the advice of the alarm seller, I ran the same 6x0.5mm2 cable from the control panel to the roller shutter boxes. The seller also informed me about the purchase of a roller shutter with a relay or placing the relay in a box. The problem is now when no roller shutter seller knows what an alarm relay and a roller shutter with a relay are, and a specialist in assembling the control panel does not know how to connect the blinds. The control panel has 8 inputs and 4 outputs. Please help what relays and where to install, having a 6x0.5mm2 cable connected to the roller shutter boxes.

of course, connect it divinely and program it :)

    what the perfection is

program the output 3 as Controllable and set the time, e.g. 2 seconds, and assign a key to control e.g. 1 - after disarming the alarm, you enter 1 + # and the shutters open.
program the output 4 as above with the key, e.g. 0 or as an exit delay indicator - it will automatically close the blinds after entering the code, but you will not control the manual closing from the keyboard (I guess I'm not sure how to check, but the control probably only applies to outputs with the function No. 15 with controllable)

    1. error number 1, the equipment is bought by the installer and takes responsibility for it, buying yourself is asking for trouble
    2. error no. 2 A control panel that is not suitable for controlling roller shutters.
    3. mistake # 3 the seller is not the right person to give such advice.
    4. mistake no. 4 choosing a "specialist" surely an electrician and a plumber and in his spare time a bricklayer, plasterer, acrobat.

    Not true.

I often use perfect to control roller blinds centrally. The matter of a well planned installation and programming of the control panel.

So what about this ?? Probably if someone insisted it would close or open the blinds.

A well-planned system is the first thing to choose the right control panel, and if someone wants to control the roller shutters, when choosing Satellite, he does not use perfecte or verse, but an integre created for this purpose.

Provided that there is an appropriate shutter control time relay, you can control any control unit, but only the integrated can control the roller shutters directly.

Thank you very much for the information. So I understand that the 6x0.5mm cable led to the box even at a distance of 20m is ok?
The relay you specified is for 12-24V, the control panel also, and in the boxes for the blinds, apart from the 6x0.5mm cable, I have 3x2.5mm with 230V voltage. From the roller shutter box to the switch by the window 4x1.5mm2. So the shutter will run on 230V, only the control will be 12-24V from the control panel?

Something like this, you have to put two relays into the box with a 12VDC coil and 230V working contacts (see relpol offer) and give impulses to the roller shutter relay (e.g. str-1 f & f), although if you do not build a central control, I recommend adding a pair of PLN- s for ROW-01, they work on the supli so you gain the ability to remotely control from the application level and set schedules.

I will not overpay just because Integra has this function as I can get the same result a little cheaper using my brain.
