Power supply for laboratory use. Consumption 0.5A. Electrolytic capacitors not swollen and measured with the ESR tester do not show any defects. There are voltages on these electrolytes and they look correct (unfortunately I do not have a list)

Unfortunately, this description will not come up for a simple reason. One is another receiver, two mute local keyboard.
For the sake of completeness, I would like to add that the receiver did not finish it after taking the uprade. After half an hour it was turned off and was no longer built. The client is negotiating with NC +. They are to enable him to buy a new receiver, even the same one with Smart HD + and rewrite the contract from the old one to a new card. A familiar distributor, unfortunately, can not do much in this matter.

Thanks for the hint. Now I tried and nothing. But I noticed that the LED is blinking. So the tuner somehow reacts to infrared. Also tried Setup> Red> Red> 73738 and nothing too. You can see the processor working, but the program is still hanging up before handling the pilot commands. It is possible that it could be reset from the local keyboard. It's just that it's not on the panel. But maybe there are some points on the board where such a local keyboard could be attached. Another thing is the equipment is worth little and too many if. if it stays with me, maybe I'll try linux for it.

The client bought a new SmartHD + set-top box (also a soap dish) and somehow got along with NC + to connect these contracts. But I asked him about the signal and his strength is slightly over 20%, quality is around 80%. Therefore, it probably has a weak signal level (high attenuation in the installation - because with this quality the antenna is rather OK). The installation is for several rooms. And I suspect that the low level was the reason for the failed update and the failure of the receiver.
