[Solved] Integra 64 + ETHM-1 plus - the control panel does not detect the ETHM-1 plus mod

I searched the forum and did not find a similar topic, so I am assuming a new one. If I missed a similar topic, I am sorry and ask for a link with a similar problem.
I have an INTEGRA 64 system with GPRS monitoring installed by a security company.
I would like to connect for my private use the ETM-1 plus module, so as to remotely monitor the system operation / configuration / arming and stuff via APK and WWW.

I ran into one problem right at the beginning ....

After a successful attempt to connect the DLOAD with the original cable to the control panel and flashing it to V1.16, it turned out that the control panel did not recognize the module. Before the flash (V1.08), the module was also not recognized. I have connections in accordance with the instructions, the module address is set with jumpers to 7, I also tried other ones with no results. The only thing I didn't connect was the TMP.

The symptoms are that the PWR / LOG and BUS ACT LEDs on the module are flashing at the same pace and at the same time and the control panel cannot see the module. (identification is confirmed only by two LCD keypads).
According to the instructions, it means that
"blinking - control panel programming or operation in progress via the module." What does it mean and how to disable it. The control panel is not yet configured for remote access via TCP / IP.

I am asking for some constructive suggestion, because the satellite service threw me on bamboo and they will not help anything from a distance. They are happy to come ... and help and delete PLN. I suspect a few issues and ask for your opinions:

- GPRS monitoring is disturbing - how to solve it?
- the ETHM1-plus module is version V2.2 (imprint on the module board), I do not know what the firmware version is. Wrong version? Will it work with INTEGRA 64.
- I am not able to connect with the original cable using the satellite program "ETHM-1 Plus FLASH v2.03" and carry out a possible firmware upgrade - can this indicate a module failure?

Make the identification from the level of the manipulator, sometimes not everything goes well from the computer level. If it does not detect ETHM, the service. You run the ETHM flash through the adapter with disconnected bus communication, only with power supply. Whichever version of the ETHM software should be detected, flash only makes minor fixes.

The address "7" does not matter here. It is Integra64, so it can be any address in the range 0 ... 7. As long as it does not coincide with the manipulator.
Another thing, the connection is supposed to be correct, but whether:
- it is connected to the bus manipulators ?

I have faced the problem many times where people connected this device to the expander bus.
If the connection is correct, the address is correct, the firmware is new, the identification cannot be sent either via DloadX or from the physical keypad - the module for service to the manufacturer.

Yes, I have put them in exactly the same places as the manipulators. In general, the module (diodes) behave the same whether I have the cables connected to the DTM and CKM in the control panel or not.

I have two keypads and in the KDP, DTM, CKM ports on the control panel I have two cables. Does the choice of the COM port in the control panel, i.e. the mass, matter?

In INTEGRA 64, the COM port is both "before" KDP and "after" CKM.

I did the identification both from the computer and from the manipulator. Without result.

I tried to do flash with and without bus connection. Also to no avail. Can I use Flash for the model without a plus for the last try, i.e. V1.07, or must it be V2.03? Does it matter?

Since you are doing everything right and you have a working cable, it is possible that something is wrong with the module.
As for flashing the version without a plus, it rather falls off. Probably the program would not allow programming anyway.

So ETHM goes to satellite.
