    Hello
    Integra 64 v 1.15 and ethm 1 plus v 2.05 control panel
Unfortunately, I cannot connect using the integra control application.
After entering the MAC address and id I get information about the incompatibility between MAC and ID.
Can anyone send the settings because I can not find the instructions?
Does IP have to be set as public?

    best regards

Thank you for the answers, gentlemen :) , unfortunately they do not solve my problem. : /
I have read the instructions to ETHM and I have read :)
In the internal network (WiFi) I am able to connect
However, I can not connect from the external network via the satellites server, I entered the required data manually and using a QR code

    The internet provider is INEA.
I do not have access to the router for now,
If you can specify which ports and which ports to route, I will pass this information to the technician from the provider :)

Which supplier do you use? Have you redirected the appropriate ports?

    Why forwarding ports?
After all, the subject is marked that it is about connectivity via the Satel server.

The only thing you can check in the router / on your part are the options:

    IPSec Pass-Through
    PPTP Pass-Through
    L2TP Pass-Through

under the vpn tunnel (I do not know what the Satel vpn works on), they are included.

Thanks to Mar_rcin for hints, I will try to ask someone from INEA today.
And I still have a question regarding push notifications, I understand that they come to the user who is logged in by applications to the headquarters?
And if so, does the application work in the background?
And do I make any mistake or just the way it is, that the change in macros is not taken automatically, but I have to delete and add the system again?

Push notifications work on all smartphone-applications that are logged into this particular exchange.
In the IC application you choose which push notifications should be sent eg to alarms, events, failures, etc.
in the smartphone system - I have just IOS you can lock them at all, or set as a banner or as an alarm, it's probably the same in the android. Push notifications only work in configuration via the Satel server.
The application works very well in the background, even if I close it by IOS, or in IC application disconnect, push notifications and so come.

That's exactly what I do not know and I do not have a check right now, but it seems to me that I need to set up access again.
After all, look in the edit settings if there is no option to bind macros.

    Ok
Thanks very much for the answer :)
The problem was solved, it was so bloated that I did not stop at it immediately and maybe the hour was no longer appropriate :)
The reason for the lack of connection was the port on the router that was not configured to
    WLAN.
    Subject to be closed

    greetings
