    Good morning everyone,
the time came when I could not cope or find an answer during the dugout, so please help me.
The Philips CEM2101 / 00 radio was damaged - the volume control did not work properly. I pulled out the potentiometer / knob with the button (incorrectly because I broke the solder field but somehow replaced it) in the hope that I will find the product code from the bottom. I've been looking for hours and I have not found a similar part anywhere.

Where can I find such a part? Mark on the EN901 plate, am I able to fix it?

In addition, at the beginning of use during assembly I made a short circuit somewhere. No fuse burned, but the radio turned off and on all the time. I was able to repair it by connecting the mass to the housing but at the expense of receiving radio stations (not looking for a station, you can manually find one or 2 which breaks every now and then - I usually listen to my music so it does not bother). When I pulled out the radio, I will try to do it - if anyone would know how to fix it I will be grateful.

I add photos of the element and the plate.

Enter "encoder" or "encoder" on Google.
    You will find many proposals.

Where did you plug in, making a workaround for the broken solder field? I would appreciate your help.
