The problem is that the clocks do not want to raise the pointer from the engine fluid temperature.

I replaced the temperature sensor which is on the right side of the engine above the oil base and nothing has changed.

Does anyone know if the signal for the pointer goes from this sensor to the clocks?

I searched the internet for another temperature sensor with the numbers 2693111 but in the store the seller claimed that it is a sensor but from the air temperature ...

The active coolant temperature sensor is above the oil filter cover, i.e. the one you have replaced.
The signal from the sensor is transmitted to the DMCI ECU and this via V-CAN1 sends the digital signal to the DIP.
I think it's not a sensor. The sensor signal is monitored in terms of signal reliability, open circuit and short circuit, in addition, a short to ground or power supply. This is an NTC resistor sensor connected to a 5V circuit where a reliable output signal in the circuit is in the range from about 0.5V to about 4.5V depending on internal resistance. In the event of a fault as above, the system generates Engine Warning and will illuminate the MIL indicator.
check if the disconnected sensor plug (without the sensor connected) has power for the 5V sensor (with the ignition switched on).

Thanks to a friend for the hint, she was helpful, the voltage on the sensor freaked out from 1.5 to 6 V, so I ripped the beam and it turned out that the wires began to corrode.

I have another problem with this car .... the coolant escapes somewhere and it's very much about a liter per 100km, everything is very dry, no leaks and in addition I have the impression that I smell the diesel in the fluid tank.

The only thing that comes to my mind is the head, does anyone know how to check it?

Are you sure that there is no leakage between the oil module and the front of the engine (from the plastic connecting tube)? In addition, did you check that it does not get into the compressor and is in the air tanks?
