    Hello,

I have a problem with the USB stick that was removed from the port while copying data. Now in normal mode the pendrive does not rise. After shorting the four legs on the memory dice (I found this way somewhere on the electrode), the memory appears in the system in gray and of course is unavailable both for opening and for formatting. However, it appears to me in the ChipEasy program, thanks to which you can read some information about it, it looks like this:
    ______________________________________________
    Logical drive: G: \ Capacity: 0.0G
    Device ID: VID = 090C PID = 3000
    Device SN:
    Device version: 1000

I downloaded the program for SM3257ENLT controllers. After running this software, the pendrive is detected by it under the item Port 1. Question to the more experienced in this topic. What's next? What do I have to do next to resurrect (try) this memory?

Add a dump from this program.

What memory is used there (how many "GB" has a flash drive?) -> read subtitles.

ChipGenius will show something more :?:

    Dude beautiful Thanks.
The program you sent me was found in the same way as the one I used at the beginning. With the difference that in the first one after clicking the start was Fail and the one performed Bad removal, formatting and Pen Alive.
    Thanks again ;)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a USB stick identified as USB MEMORY BAR, which became unresponsive after an interrupted data transfer. The user attempted to recover the device by shorting the memory chip's legs, which allowed the device to be recognized in the system but rendered it inaccessible for formatting. The device details include VID=090C, PID=3000, and it utilizes a Silicon Motion controller model SM3257ENLT. Various recovery tools and software, such as ChipEasy and ChipGenius, were suggested to gather more information and potentially recover the data. After using recovery tools, the user reported partial success in accessing the device, with details about the memory chip and its specifications being shared. The final recovery status indicated a capacity of approximately 8GB and a FAT32 file system.
