    Hello, I have a problem with Windows namely I cannot play Word because I get the error "Cannot start the program because api-ms-win-crt-runtime- | 1-1-0.dll was not found on the computer. Please try again install this program to fix this problem. " I didn't find the answer in google, hence I'm writing here. Thank you in advance for your help!

    Download FRST and insert logs from there.

    I have already downloaded and installed this offica 2 times and the same thing all the time ... I was looking for tutorials on the internet and nothing helped.
