When I install the downloaded word or open office package, I get this message: The windows system cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
Do you know how to deal with this problem? What should I do? thanks for the help in advance :)

Probably because you are not authorized to do so. Without specifying the system and the account you are using, it's hard to tell.

Mati, thank you very much for your interest in my poverty ... but ... that's right - I fixed myself and it works, version 4.1.1 I'm in seventh heaven because from 10.00 I was sitting on it and trying to figure it out, I installed all the drivers and finally with that's what I dealt with. Until I closed the bobbin :) PS. I have a lenovo g580 (I really like it and I'm proud of it, I bought it on 10.08.br) windows7.
    Regards and THANKS :)

It would be nice for a colleague to give a solution to his topic, which may be useful in the future for other users.

So how do you have such a problem: When I install the downloaded word or open office package, I get this message: The windows system cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
It was me who went about it so that I stopped the work of the antivirus (in my case eset smart security) because I figured that it, detecting various "threats" and other farts, blocks the launch of various "threatening" applications for the system. In the absence of an antivirus, you can work and install, and not have to do anything and every now and then our antivirus goes crazy - acting overzealously :)
After installing what I wanted, I restored the antivirus to its original state - I brought the antivirus back to work.
