Autocad Line Thickness: How to Adjust for Parking Lot Drawing & Print Visibility (Layer Settings)

Hello. I have a problem - for engineering work I had to redraw the parking lot drawing in autocad. The drawing has been completed, however, I have a problem when printing. Well, when I change the layers and options of the thickness of the line, I can only see the change in the thickness of the line from 0.40 mm below this value I do not see changes. Not only that - when printing any value I choose in layers or in settings, it prints very thin lines to me .. I don't know what to do I add a folder with the DWG file in the attachment.

The thickness of the line is set in the print styles.
