    Hello everyone
In passat b5 2003, the turn signal light stopped blinking when closing and opening the vehicle. The central locking with the remote control works but the directions do not blink.
The fault appeared when the turn signal fuse blown.
Will anyone help locate the fault?

The driver is reliably added, it also contains an additional fuse. Probably also burnt.

I originally have a central lock on the remote control
How do you know if I have a supplement?

If the central original is still a turn signal fuse under the lower dashboard cover above the driver's legs, behind the relays so deep down at the bulkhead.

The relay can be heard when closing the car with the remote control, right there from under the driver's feet.

Give me a picture of the remote key here. Enter the key number.
I'm pretty sure it's a switch and Chinese pocket knife remote control. Locate the box where the relay clicks. A fuse will be blown on its lead wire.

It's lit up, all the lights in the lights are on.

For me over this 5A fuse there are several relays with the designation 373. And above these relays there is a 15A fuse (blue). It is very difficult to see. I was specially checked.

This box under the driver's seat is a comfort module.
It should come with a signal for the direction indicators - black and white and black and green, 15-pin plug, pins 14 and 13. Exactly the same colors as with the direction indicator bulbs.
See if there is a plus on them for a while after closing / opening the car. You can even give it there for a moment.
In Passat rotting the cable connections on the floor and comfort likes to swim.
If the fuse went down, I would look into the module, maybe the path on the board has burned out.

And no one has changed the coding there? If I remember correctly, when the module will not see any of the lock switches, the direction indicators will not blink.

Chris, there is nothing to coding there. The confirmation of directions is set in the adaptation channels.
As for these castles is a good point. This can be recognized by whether there is locking. If comfort cannot see any of the signals from the locks, it will not blink. As when closing it is heard that it does not bolt it does not flash but I do not remember that it happened when opening.
In this year you have a comfort module with "CAN" support and there you can clearly see in the measuring blocks even when the ignition is off, whether each door is closed or each lock is locked.
A look at these blocks would be very helpful here.

Gentlemen, take a good look at the pictures, I have doubts about this key, is this the original? I still suspect the switchboard has been added.

I know that the excavation has no identical subject. I have the same problem every now and then a fuse under the steering wheel burns responsible for blinking the turn indicators when closing the opening. Normally the directions work, after installing the new fuse is a month of calm and burned again. Where to look comfort module ? After installation? I repeat once again that directions of emergency work ok. Only when central control does not blink.

In the door grommets, look behind damaged cables. Kompa connect, it will tell you which door to look for.
What does that mean under the wheel? In the b5 bar?
