Just like a friend, "scotch" wrote a full container for used coffee. With the coffee machine on, pull out the tray on which you put the cup, wait until the icons on the display begin to disappear "dots" that are inside the container disappear insert the tray and enjoy the taste of coffee. Good advice read the instruction manual. Greetings.

    Hello.
For several days, we are happy with her husband Saeco coffee machine. The error also appears in our store. For the first time, we had no idea why ... There is no description in the manual.
This error disappears when you empty the overflowing tray with water.

    Greetings.

    Hello:
This error is signaling a full container for coffee grounds.
It should be emptied and the water out of the tray be switched off, it should be after the problem.
For me, the problem is that the above activities do not give anything, it glows further on in red.
In addition, when the drip tray is ejected, the coffee maker turns itself off (the screen turns black), after inserting the empty tray and the coffee grounds container it does not turn on, and if you turn it on, the full container icon still lights up.
Maybe someone has an idea what to do with it to drink coffee again !!!
I thought about the reset but I do not know how to do it.

I have a problem with a plunger for which a brewer enters, which can not be set as a treble. What could be the reason? The switches are checked wheels ideal.

Turn off the coffee machine, remove the drawer, turn on the coffee machine, wait for the lack of drawer error, insert the drawer.

Remove the tray, pull out the water tank and open the service door.

Topic summary

The Saeco Incanto HD8918 espresso machine displays an error icon on startup, which is not described in the manual. The icon typically indicates a full coffee grounds container or an issue with the drip tray. Troubleshooting steps include removing and emptying the coffee grounds container and drip tray, ensuring the tray is properly inserted, and checking for water overflow in the tray. Some users report that the error persists even after emptying and reinserting components, with the machine sometimes shutting off when the drip tray is removed. A suggested reset procedure involves turning off the machine, removing the drawer, turning it on to trigger a "lack of drawer" error, then reinserting the drawer. Additional advice includes opening the service door and removing the water tank to inspect internal components. The problem may relate to sensor misalignment or mechanical faults in the grounds container or drip tray detection system.
