    Set the grinding coarseness so that the coffee flows as slowly but steadily as possible from both sides. If you get to the minimum on the knob, you have to turn the knob. There is a way to calibrate the burrs, but it is a waste of time, it is good at the factory when everything is new.

    I also have error 2 but after disassembling the grinder it looks to blame for a worn skew mode which is causing the motor to lock up.
    Until yesterday, turning the grinder pliers helped me as well. Now I don't want to twist so it gets stuck.

    For now, I'm ordering the mode itself.
