Hello, I have connected to win7 win10 and no computers have detected it. On the win10 the icon appeared for a while, but then it disappeared quickly and nothing on the computer could be seen connecting although the external disk was shining and you could hear the work. Please help. greetings

    Too little information.
Plug in the disk and tell if it can be seen correctly in the BIOS?
Have you tried to connect a disk on another cable?
Did you remove the disk from the case and connect it directly to the board?

It will not hurt to check if you can read SMART, eg using CrystalDiskInfo.

This should be noted -> in USBDeview find this device and give it its "Properties".

It is a disk with USB3.0 interface.
