Hello, I have a problem with two Lenovo and HP laptops.
Both do not respond to Power, and the only thing that works is the charging diode after connecting the charger.
First, I lost Lenovo, so I bought a second HP laptop and after about 2-3 weeks of use it happened the same as with Lenovo, namely no reaction and only a charging diode. :(
I suspect it's because of the electric stove in my kitchen, and I came up with it when HP fell, because I was using the oven and the laptop was connected to charging - when I switch the options in the oven, the light dims me ...
Laptop charger plugged into an outlet on a different wall and normally I always charged there but didn't use the oven.
Anyone tell me what's up? Can the stove actually damage my equipment? And what could she damage in laptops?

This indicates a problem with the electrical system!

For the rest, please describe again
    - the exact names of both laptops
    - both power supplies checked under load and are: bad or good?
    - what do you have when you connect org. Good power supply
    * you do not have, go to a store with similar equipment and ask about the possibility of checking the equipment on their power supply for this laptop model / or service / or buying a new power supply and checking

Both power supplies are 100% functional, tested on other laptops. So the option of a broken power supply is gone.

The models are: Lenovo Yoga 500-14ISK and HP Pavilion x2 12-b101ng 2in1 Notebook 12 "FHD

In both cases, after connecting the charger, only the charging diode lights up :(

Since, as you write, the power supplies of both laptops are good (checked), you have damage on the motherboards.

What do you have IC in system charger_switch. power?
    - whether OZ8685 ?

I suspect the solutions as in MSI on Skylake
    e.g. MSI GE62 6QD / CLEVO N240JU (CLEVO N24xJU) _ i7-6500U / i5-6200U

Unfortunately, it is not possible to repair it yourself due to the lack of equipment and experience :(
Any information on the service that would undertake the repair and more or less what would it cost?

    This is a new platform.
    - the layout itself charger OZ8685, depending on where 5-9. $ (only China, long wait) + something else on the disc damaged + labor =?

Ask on the forum (Hardware laptops), they advertise themselves.
The latter (HP Pavilion x2 12-b101ng Link ) is a complete novelty and as far as I know only Germany (HP service does it there), but the price is probably "cosmic" (I suspect it starts from 160.Euro)
    * as no warranty
    * new on Amazon is over 570 euros

The guarantees should be because both are bought on amazon.de because I currently live in Germany and not too much with the German one with me to call the service, but I will find someone.
For Lenovo I have everything but HP for this my wife got rid of the original cardboard, does anyone know if she needs the original packaging to send to the service?

I have all the data about the purchase of a laptop on the website's computer (sometimes it is enough to check the purchase / printing)
that is, you put the equipment on the counter, the service technician reads the data from the sticker _ the reader on the housing ... in a moment he has everything (data) on the screen.
    After diagnosis, you get options:
-or replacement with a new one / or the date to be picked up after repair
