    TV sets usually have only a different input here. Do you connect HDMI out from the receiver to the ARC input (definitely no photos) and this input is selected in the TV menu? And there is no picture?

    After all, HDMI out illuminated in red means that the output is active .... For HDMI control to work, you must enable HDMI control in the settings, you can find additional instructions on page 124 of the manual for download from here: link
