    Hello
I plan to replace the fuel pump (motor) in Golf 4 1999 1.6 SR 8V. I can technically handle the spacer. On the Internet I found the designation of the pump set
    1J0 919 051H / Pierburg 7.00468.840.
I am only interested in replacing the pump motor (does not require), it does not smoke on the first shot. Mechanic diagnosis, ignition coil. Another mechanic's opinion is the fuel pump, namely the engine. Does not "hold fuel", gasoline flows back into the tank. Who to listen to? Is the motor itself marked?

Then buy a pompe, you probably can if you have the numbers.

And what he looks like, nobody has ever seen him.

The original pump - the first installation is from VDO (and I recommend it), the rest are substitutes ...
