    Hello!
I am the owner of 1.9 TDi 110km. Recently, my injection pump has failed. Its numbers are 0 460 404 972/038 130 107B. I can't find such a pump anywhere. My friend has a pump from a 90 horse version of golf. injection angle adjustment is of course on the so-called beans. My question. Is this pump less efficient than the pump I currently have? Will the installation of this pump reduce the car's power?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

The piston diameters were different and therefore did not fit. Give the numbers of the latter. What fell there?

He has a 10 - and he has to look for one, the efficiency is slightly different, there are other springs - but it has not been said that you will feel the differences may even be a plus and may fire better compared to your pump.
Combustion will remain at a similar level, power? Maybe you will feel a slight difference.
Pump from 1z / ahu fits.
From the Golf 4, there was probably a different mount and plug to check.

Generally, on a cold engine, it fires relatively. The problem starts when the engine is well warmed up and then it wants to start it. Sometimes it spins almost 15s. I was at the pump operator and he told me that the cost of regenerating the element could be high and he suggested that I look for another pump somewhere. Cheaper solution. I was already at a few points and I will say that it is hard to find a pump from the 110 HP version of the 1.9 TDi group. They are more common than the weaker versions (90 horse). And I am only concerned with whether the pump from these weaker engines, although it will work as needed, will weaken the drive unit in my car and whether the computer will not have any protests after connecting it to the ankles.

Enter the vw forum you will see hundreds of similar problems there.
1 - there is a temperature sensor in your pump, did you check it on the computer? Maybe he can see high temperature all the time? It is under the positioner cover.
2 - disconnect the liquid temperature sensor - what reaction?
3 - changing the pump may not help in your case - the dose in your map may be a problem - i.e. someone who writes programs may modify it for you.

Or it has deep scratches on the adjuster. Anyone been there? Or just misaligned.
