VW T5 AXD Engine: Clearing Clearance & Proper Way to Adjust Eccentricity, Camshaft and Tensioner

How to properly clear the clearance in this engine ??

How can this eccentricity be stretched 0.5Nm ??

I also read in this forum that we first tighten the camshaft and then delete the slack:

"1 block wal
2 set the mark on the circle with photo
3 put in the tensioner wheel
4 put near the shaft
3.4 do not tighten
5 stretch the fight wheel to the RIGHT
6 now slack correction and tighten the tensioner!
7 turn the shaft "

It's hard to measure these 0.5 Nm I twisted the eccentric with my fingers and turned and it was ok by no means the car came back

Can the camshaft timing play on the T5 2.5TDI be cleared without taking the engine apart?
I suspect that I have gently tensioned the tooth compensation gap. I wonder if I can make a correction after the car is already assembled? The car smokes an arrow and drives well but it seems to me that something is too much noise from the timing wheels.
