Hello, I am assembling the head in vw 2.0 tdi cr it is specifically about setting the camshafts one block with a pin and the other set the notch horizontally in relation to the head, and here I have a small difference is not ideally in the level the minimum deviation is it acceptable? I assembled a month ago an identical engine in that one was perfectly horizontal

At least, the head currently in the grinding shop does not remember whether the accelerated or delayed opening of the suction valve is minimally. The cams on the shaft also do not push the valves together, they are slightly moved relative to each other (I had the desire to rearrange to remove the rack and put it back correctly, but it is not known whether it will deteriorate succeed because everything is hot.

Well, now the question is how much will I take off to the plane, if the mammals and beloved is cool, that the pursuit would not be even more after planning the head

It doesn't matter how much they take it off.
    Again, terrible spelling.

Rather late, but I'm not sure how the head will come back I will check and answer, I do not know the past of the engine how it came to me it was just set up I could not unscrew the head if you know what's going on and the pin did not fit and there was no collision.
