Nothing but a factory reset. You can of course try telnet if your router has this option, but the graphical interface will be hard to get started ;)

    What to do (except reset)

Specify what the equipment is, what are the network card settings and how do you connect to the router (cable, wifi)?

I do not know if it is possible, but maybe my supplier has blocked access to this panel (nwm is there such a panel with such an option). I would like to do without a reset because I have never configured myself (but somehow I would have managed), and most importantly, I do not want to reset because as far as I know, my provider has a password that must be entered at some point in the configuration, and I do not know it and I don't know if they would give them to me if I applied, or if I would not have to call their "specialist" for it ...

First, restart your computer and router.

To which port on the router do you have this twisted pair connected?

And what is the provider like the net delivered?
And why do you want to mess around there, if:

I want to unblock the port and do a "redirection" (I know that I speak colloquial language, the point is that I could wake up my laptop remotely away from home, eg using a smartphone through the so-called Magic package or something like that). The cable is connected to the port named 1, the WAN port is connected with an internet cable, i.e. in my case the antenna (it is radio internet). As for this password, I'm not sure if it exists, but probably some data would be needed from them (some IP addresses etc. related to their servers or something like that).

In addition, I think that the router is my private property, e.g. if I wanted to change the name of the WI-FI network or the password to it, I should have such a right and I probably only have something that causes this problem. From what I remember, I was once logged in alone and the panel worked normally, but now even the login screen is not displayed for me ...

Local supplier, their website is: http://lynxnet.pl/

But for that, you need an external (preferably fixed) IP - do you have one?

    And such a curiosity:

Perhaps they used something in W10 again.

It is enough to set something on the router from what I read, everything should work with Teamviever, I do not think it was Win10's fault because I have the internet normally and it did not work sooner ...

Well, it turned out that the address of this router is 192.168.0.2 and that it is configured as a bridge, not as a gateway, which surprised me a bit, but it is important that I already have access (I asked them for help and they answered me). I am only interested in one thing, how then you can get this IP number yourself if I had to find it myself .....

Topic summary

The user is experiencing an issue with the MODECOM MC-WR11 router where the login screen is not displaying, and they seek alternatives to performing a factory reset. Responses suggest various troubleshooting steps, including checking the IP configuration, ensuring proper connection settings, and attempting to access the router via common IP addresses (192.168.8.1 and 192.168.1.1). Some users propose using telnet if available, while others recommend restarting the computer and router. The user expresses concern about potential restrictions imposed by their internet service provider, which may require a password for configuration. Eventually, the user discovers that the router's address is 192.168.0.2 and that it is configured as a bridge rather than a gateway, allowing them to regain access with assistance from their provider.
