Hello, I have a problem, namely when I move the mouse cable, the mouse and the keyboard will turn on and off once. The keyboard and mouse are plugged into the rear USB ports, I tried to swap the ports and still the same. I have a USB modem on the front panel and it does not turn off. Only the mouse and the keyboard, but if the mouse is completely separate, the keyboard is ok, it works all the time. The problem appears when the mouse is connected and I start to move the cable, then it goes out and the mouse and keyboard, modem from the Internet on the front panel do not disconnect. What could be wrong? I have the latest drivers installed, the problem appeared 2 days ago.

Isn't that obvious? You ask a question when giving a diagnosis, and I wonder if this is a trick question :D
You have a damaged mouse cable. You move the cable, something shortens / does not connect. As a result, the controller goes silly and unfastens your mouse and keyboard.

Advice - replace the mouse cable, or if it's a cheap rat, replace the mouse.

It is not so obvious, now he is fanning the rat and both and as much as possible and it flashes nice. I move the cable in all directions :P . As for the mouse, it's Razer Naga Hex. Why is it that now it works like a bee and before that, as if there was a short circuit.

When you move the cable and suddenly the keyboard and mouse go out, i.e. @ 310artur wrote, there is probably a puncture in the conduit. Test it for a few days on another mouse.

Well, now it works fine, nothing disconnects, and I move the mouse and the cable very much ... I uninstalled and installed the drivers, could it help somehow?

It could have been, but rather a coincidence. A damaged cable is a painful ailment. Have you never lost any cable, for example in your headphones? It is good only in one place, in one position, it switches over or not. You can make a lasso from it and it will be fine and then you will sit down and it just so happens that the problem will return.
Connect the mouse and keyboard on the back to the USB ports as far apart as possible (you haven't specified what the motherboard is, so it's hard to do something better). The idea is that these should be separate outputs, but it is possible that all the rear ones have a common power and data lines. For example, if you have ports 2.0 and 3.0, give the mouse to 2.0 and the keyboard to 3.0. I wonder if they will still disappear together.

Well, I have no way to check it, I unfasten it, plug the mouse in different ports, move the whole cable in all directions, pull it, etc. and the mouse walks and nothing turns off ... I'll wait until the problem comes back and try your advice .. :P

Topic summary

The user experiences intermittent disconnections of their mouse and keyboard when moving the mouse cable, despite having the latest drivers installed. The issue occurs only with the mouse connected, while the keyboard remains functional when the mouse is disconnected. Responses suggest that the problem may stem from a damaged mouse cable, potentially causing a short circuit. Recommendations include testing with a different mouse, ensuring the mouse and keyboard are connected to separate USB ports, and considering the possibility of a coincidence with driver reinstallation. The user reports that the issue has temporarily resolved but remains vigilant for its return.
