Hikvision DS7204HFI-SH cannot be added to the EZVIZ service no code what code?

    Hello,
    I decided to add my DS7204HFi-SH device to the EZVIZ service, I have an account etc. log in, I enter the serial number of the device, then the application asks me for the verification code or in another case the QR code.
    Everything is fine, but I only have a regular code on the housing and I do not have a verification code.

    After logging in, I also don't have any code in the configuration -> general -> network
    I saw such a place on the instructions that I read.
    Can my device be connected to this service so that I can view the image via the Internet and tablet?
    Someone wrote somewhere to say ABCDEF but that doesn't work either.

    I was looking for information on the network whether this device can be connected, unfortunately there is no news.
    If someone tells you what to do, I will be grateful.

    Connect the monitor to the recorder, enter the network settings (Internet Access - Veryfication Code).

    By following the steps in the instructions, I come to the point where I enter the serial number, I enter it and nothing is found.
    If I choose the option find automatically, this device appears with the model and number, click add and

    Device is not connected to the service please check the network

    Is something blocking the router? I have no idea

    Tip # 2 has no place like this with this 7204
    Or maybe this device cannot be added to this service?

    Do you need to preview on your phone?

    If so, then:
    1. you download the HIK-CONNECT application
    2.in the hik connect tab, you log in to the created account
    3. Click + and scan the QR code which is in the recorder Settings - network - access to the platform

    I was also unable to add the recorder to the cloud via the ezviz website on my computer. I did this on Sundays so I didn't call the supplier to ask what was wrong.
    Overall, there have been changes. Ivms is replaced by hik-connect. Until the end, I do not know how it still works, but through the method described above I was able to add the recorder to the mobile application,

    You set the verification code in the camera configuration: configuration / network / advanced settings / platform access. Turn on the service, type in some verification code, otherwise you don't change anything. I have a ds-2cd2020F camera and everything through the EZVIZ program works legally, on PC and Android. Also playback of recordings if we have a camera with an installed memory card.
