Keyboard and mouse not working - The USB keyboard and mouse do not work

Recently, I changed the operating system from win 7 to win 10
While everything was fine, today there was a problem, namely
I had the USB mouse and keyboard connected to the USB on the back panel of the computer
When I turned on the computer and the model and manufacturer of the motherboard appeared, the keyboard and mouse turned on, but with the appearance of the Windows logo, it stopped shining and working
When I connected them to the front panel, they started to work normally, but still do not work on the rear panel
I'm gonna have it hooked up at the back
I am waiting for proposals.

In win 10, the default drivers are downloaded from the device after installation

I only downloaded the drivers from the mouse and keyboard manufacturers' website and everything worked as it should
