Experiencing Slow Internet Speed on New HP Laptop in Home WiFi Network with Neostrada

Hello,
at home we have a home network in wifi, which is used by several laptops. The Internet is a neostrada. With orange up to 10 MB per second - despite various periodic difficulties, the internet works regularly at a speed of about 6 MB per second, usually. In addition, we also have a range amplifier.
Recently, I bought a new HP laptop and regretfully connected to the home network that the internet works at a minimal speed also when I'm alone at home, so it is out of the question to use other computers - the trial version of the anti-virus barely downloaded its updates. I do not know what is the reason and how to solve this case because I do not know too much about the configuration of the network in wifi and even more so on the settings of the computer that has windows 10 which is a completely new system for me. Maybe you need to set or turn something on or off, which I have no idea.
In speed tests on other devices the internet reaches a speed of about 6 MB while on my laptop which is new this speed is 0.5 MB while sending about one MB. The YouTube videos themselves play at the lowest quality, and the five-minute movie lasts about 50 minutes.

Where did you buy this laptop and what model is it?
It looks like crafted soft, so the device can act as a node that copies cryptocurrency and even worse, so disconnect it from the network!
I suggest reinstalling the system from another image according to the license sticker code on the housing.

Start the laptop in safe mode + network support, connect the cable to the router, does it change anything?
