    Hello,
I have a problem with the FitGym treadmill - when I connect the power supply, the control panel reacts correctly and requires a magnet. When I connect the magnet (security key), after 20-30 minutes, the E7 error pops up (as far as I know, it means no key, only that it is in its place). What do you say? Thanks in advance for your help. :-)

Does the engine have a thermal sensor? Two additional wires at the engine. The sensor should be closed, sometimes it becomes damaged and is open permanently.

How can you be sure it's a key error? What is showing or showing before if you haven't inserted the key? Maybe his mechanism inside was broken?

    E7 is displayed.
Regardless of whether there is a key or not

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

The manual contains a description of errors that may pop up, there is the meaning of error e7, i.e. no key

It must be a damaged key mechanism or the wires that go to this mechanism.

Topic summary

The FitGym treadmill is experiencing an E7 error after 20-30 minutes of operation, indicating a "no key" issue despite the security key being in place. Initially, the treadmill functions correctly for a short period, but the error persists even when the key is inserted. Possible causes discussed include a malfunctioning key mechanism or damaged wiring connected to the key mechanism. Additionally, there is a suggestion to check for a thermal sensor in the motor, which may be faulty and causing the error.
